Principles of Training
- 1. Specificity – training for your own particular sport.
- 2. Progression – starting exercise slowly and gradually building up.
- 3. Overload – you work harder than you would normally do.
- 4. Reversibility – we eventually loose fitness if we stop training.
- 5. Tedium – making training interesting to individual.
