Aerobic

  • Aerobic respiration – the production of energy using oxygen.
  • Aerobic training zone – you work within 60-80 % of your maximum heart rate.

Anaerobic

  • Anaerobic respiration – the production of energy without using oxygen.
  • Anaerobic training – you work about 80% of your maximum.
