  1. 1.    Multi stage fitness test – (Maximal Test) means you carry on until you cannot do more.
  2. 2.    Cooper test – (sub maximal test) you work within a certain period of time given or estimated.
  3. 3.    The kasch boyer step test – step onto a bench one foot at a time at a two sec pace for three minutes then check pulse five minutes after.
